Shipping & Return Policy

 

Domestic Shipping (US only):  

We offer free shipping for all US orders. 

Domestic Returns: 

We accept return requests within 14 days of the original ship date. Orders with a return request initiated within 14 days of the original ship date are eligible for store credit, an exchange, or a full refund to the original payment method. 

All items must be returned in their original, new, unworn condition. 

Domestic returns may be initiated within 14 days of original ship date by sending an email to customerservice@soelly.com or by using the return portal: http://soelly.returnscenter.com/ and following the steps provided below:

The following steps must be initiated within 14 days of the original ship date.

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID. 
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label and instructions that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to So Elly per instructions using the label provided. Items must be placed in the mail to be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the label.
  5. You will be notified when your return has been received.
  6. Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Return requests made within 30 days of the original shipping date will be eligible for store credit in the form of a gift card.

Return requests made within 30 days of the original shipping date may be initiated by sending an email to customerservice@soelly.com.

 

International Shipping: 

So Elly also ships internationally and accepts returns within 14 days of the original ship date. For all international orders please contact customer service at customerservice@soelly.com before placing an order.  For customers with a Canadian shipping address, as of 4/20/23 we offer a $25 flat rate shipping fee for all orders under $500. All International orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping, however the customer maintains responsibility for all import duties and fees.  For all international orders the customer is responsible for all landing fees (duties and taxes).  If you do not see shipping rates at checkout please email customerservice@soelly.com for more information.

International Returns: 

For all international returns the customer will provide the return label and tracking information. To initiate an international return within 14 days of the original ship date, please email customerservice@soelly.com.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with no visible signs of wear or use. Used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged items will not be accepted for return.
  • The Hang Tag and any other garment tags must be intact and in the same condition upon which the item was received. Items with missing or damaged tags will not be accepted for return.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to be accepted for return.

Amendments and Updates:

So Elly may amend or update all or any part of this Return Policy at any time and without notice. Any amendments and updates to the Return Policy shall be effective upon publication on soelly.com. Please access the Return Policy regularly to be aware of the current policy.
